In case your card is not a member of this payment system, TerapiaCPAP.es will only accept payment by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card for customers with a proven track record and reliability.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to return the money and one month for exchanges. Just send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use. In the case of an exchange, you will have to pay the return shipping costs and the cost of reshipping.
It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or return(s) perfectly packaged. If products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept returns. We will also not accept the return of items without their original seal.

In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by TERAPIACPAP.
