WARRANTY
TERAPIACPAP guarantees its products, under the legally established terms, for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. The client must inform TERAPIAACPAP of the lack of conformity within two months after becoming aware of it. In the case of a defective product under warranty, TERAPIACPAP will take the necessary measures to repair or replace it, either directly or through the technical / after-sales services of the represented brands, which will be free of charge.
Deficiencies caused by neglect, blows, improper use or handling, improper tension where appropriate, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use will be excluded from the warranty.
When the use of the guarantee is justified, we will opt for repair, replacement of the article, discount or refund, under the legally established terms.
The warranty will be invalidated in the following cases:
If any of the warranty information or the purchase invoice is modified, altered or replaced.
If both the identification number and the appliance itself under warranty are manipulated or repaired without the Technical Service’s knowledge.
If the purchase invoice is missing.
To make use of the guarantee, it is essential to present the guarantee duly stamped together with the purchase invoice. If the necessary repair is not covered by the warranty under the terms established, the customer must bear the costs of both repair and shipping.
PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS AND HOW TO USE THEM
Promotional vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased but are granted during advertising campaigns and are valid for a certain period of time.
Promotional vouchers can only be used once in relation to an order, and only within the indicated period. Some brands may be excluded from the promotion. Promotional vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. Note that a minimum order value may apply to use promotional vouchers.
Promotional vouchers can only be used before the order is completed. Vouchers cannot be applied retroactively. Promotional vouchers cannot be passed on to third parties. Unless otherwise stated, multiple promotional vouchers cannot be combined.
If you have used a promotional voucher when making a purchase and, as a result of your cancellation, the total value of your order is less than or equal to the value of the promotional voucher, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the product you want. save.

RIGHT OF TERMINATION

Consequences of giving up
In the event of termination by the customer, we will refund all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive delivery method offered by us) without undue delay. and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract.
We will carry out this refund using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any charges as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until the customer has provided proof of return of the goods, whichever comes first.
The customer must return or deliver the goods directly to us at the address we will give him after we receive his decision to withdraw from the contract, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which he informs us. your decision to terminate the contract. The period will be considered fulfilled if the goods are returned before the expiry of this period. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you. Returns will not be accepted for made-to-measure or made-to-order items (for example: winter covers, summer covers, made-to-measure swimming pools, safety fences, filters and equipment for public pools, hydromassage spas, gresite, spare parts or articles made to order not published online, etc.).
Chemical product returns will not be accepted. The chemical is shipped exclusively by order with ADR transport (special transport of dangerous and/or flammable goods). The transport of these products by regular courier, courier or even private transport is prohibited by law.
TERAPIACPAP reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the established deadlines or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received by the customer.
TERAPIACPAP reserves the right not to refund the total amount paid if the product is considered to have suffered depreciation (for example, the item is not returned in its original packaging or is in poor condition).
